Do I have to be a member at Pickles to play?

No, you do not have to be a member, however, memberships offer discounted rates on playing.


What is the difference in Gold, Silver and Bronze memberships?

Do you offer Family and/or Group Memberships?

Can I upgrade my Membership from “Popular Pickler” to “Pro Pickler”?

Yes, you may upgrade your Membership at any time and your monthly dues will begin at the start of the next month.


Can I downgrade my Membership from “Pro Pickler” to “Popular Pickler”?

Yes, you may downgrade your Membership at any time and your monthly dues will be stopped at the start of the next month.


How do I pay to play at Pickles?

Payments for playing at Pickles will be charged to a credit card linked to your account and accepted through the Pickles App upon check-in at our “touchless” check-in station.


How do I reserve private court time?

You can reserve private court time by simply giving us a call 781-816-5021.


Can we host an event, team build or workplace wellness day?

How do I purchase Pickles apparel, food or beverages in the Pickles Kitchen?

All purchases can be made with cash, credit card, or charged to your Pickles account linked to your Pickles App. “The Kitchen” @Pickles serves an assortment of healthy snacks, bars, fruit and a variety of beverages including beer and wine. You can also purchase your favorite Pickles “gear” and Pickleball accessories in the retail shop.


What is “Drop-In” Play?

"Drop In" aka Open Play is a scheduled time where players show up to play and rotate in and out with others of similar skill levels.


Do you have paddles & balls to rent and/or buy?

Yes. Paddles are available to rent for $5.00. Balls and Pickles Paddles are available for sale at the front desk.


Do you sell paddles?

What is your cancellation policy for court reservations?

Court reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance with no charge.


What is the maximum number of players for a court reservation?

There is no limit on the number of players for a private court rental, however, you may not allow for adequate rotation with too many players.
